Setting an end state to work towards, ‘what’ would the world look like. Vision is formulated by understanding the problem the team is trying to solve using the product and stating its unique value proposition. Vision is your inspiring picture of the future.

A good product vision aligns you and your team on the change you want to bring in the world. While your product is a mechanism to create that change – it isn't necessarily the end goal in itself.
